When to apply for permanent residence

Hey everyone one
I have question regarding the timeline to apply for permanent residence and citizenship for third country citizen married to Finnish citizen

I know about the residence permit type A its 1 year then 4 years

About permanent residence i should have 1+4 years or just 4 years ?
And also about citizenship its 4 or 5 years?

Always 4 for P permit and usually 4 for citizenship (the bar for strong ties is low).
