We are looking for a Recruiting Consultant to start immediately at the beginning app. 5 months temporary employment contract. As BasWare Oyj Recruiting Consultant you will have the challenging opportunity to manage the recruitment process. You will be responsible for the entire process, everything from writing recruitment advertisements, conducting interviews to making contracts of employment. In addition you will also take care of every new employee's general level job orientation and job orientation training arrangements (e.g. Welcome to BasWare Events). You will be updating our Personnel statistics four times a year as well. We expect: You to have a suitable academic degree and at least two years experience from similar tasks. We also expect you to be fluent in English, ready to take initiative and to be precise and cooperative. Experience from the IT field is considered an advantage.
