Certificates for application

Hey everyone.
I have a question about applying for university, specifically Haaga-Helia uni.
I wonder about the part where you attach your documents (cerfiticats and such) on the application. Do you need to physically send copies of these certificates or not? I'm a little confused about it.
You attach them on your application and when you are selected you send copies by post mail?
Or do you have to send them while the application lasts anyway?

You bring the originals with you to fingerprinting at Migri or Embassy.
