Hi all,
Does anyone know of any regular running events (like the park runs in England) that happen in Helsinki? Or any informal running get togethers? I'm pretty slow but I want to get some good practise in and I need the motivation of other runners!

There used to be a Hash House Harriers club in Helsinki (see above link) but that's all i know, i think(?) Mook used to be connected to the group. PM him as google doesn't seem to return much recent activity for the club.
The Nike shop used to organise weekly runs but i think they probably start as it gets closer to the Helsinki City Run in May and the marathon in august? Go and ask them or sign up to their facebook group.

Depending on where you are you may find local clubs/groups announcing along the running path.
