Where to buy? Where can I find? How do I? Getting started.

Weigh bridge in Kuopio?

Does anyone know if there is a weigh bridge somewhere in or around Kuopio?

I need to weigh my van before, during and after the motorhome conversion to ensure I keep within the legal carrying capacity of my vehicle.

There is one on the E63 (southbound) just north of Kuopio. It seems to be an unmanned station. I have however no idea how to contact them and arrange things.
