Do you people get notifications when the application move to stage 2? Or Do we have to cheek often 😬
Best regards.

Good luck everyone:)

No notifications until decision is ready unless you need to submit something. You don’t need to check anything. Stage 2 can take a long time or be extremely short. I have seen stage 2 last anywhere from a couple of hours to 6 months.

Hello guys
is it possible to apply without providing the language certificate in advance and submit it later I have an appointment soon but my certificate hasn't arrived yet. I'm confident that I will pass the YKI it just a matter of time till the certificate arrives. not sure if they will accept my application without it though?
and if they do will that mean that they will put me in some sort of queue of incomplete application where it would be better to just wait till the certificate arrives and then only apply

Thanks

The question should be: is it possible to submit an incomplete application? The answer would be NO.

Guys, does anyone know if one speeding ticket can deny someone from getting citizenship? In my own opinion, it must not be considered as a crime, but I appreciate if someone has knowledge or previous experiences.

Sorry to say, yes it does have an effect on it. Some other factors can also be considered, how much was the fine? How long did it happen? Have you been fined afterwards for any other misdemeanor or little offence. But, never say never.
Let's say the case is just one speeding ticket happened recently, never repeated in any other form. Fine was around 150 euros.

Does your idea mean that everyone who has received citizenship has not been fined whatsoever? This doesn't make sense to me. These sort of petty fines can happen to anyone who owns a car.

Of course I can understand it when someone repeats the violation for several times or fails to pay fine, or for some serious violations like driving while intoxicated. But come on, speeding ticket?!

Please other guys share if you have experience or knowledge.

You have to not be considered a danger for public safety to be approved for citizenship. What is Migri’s threshold for this? I don’t know. It is probably a case by case basis and unfortunately the only way to find out how this affects your case, is to have migri process your application.
