All applications look like a Court cases, history must investigate bfore you have decision. (They don't write the truth, who knows what happened to the employment contract)
But Who said something about degrees? Whoever if you change the status of permit B to A and that A if it’s based on work Te-office decide it.Migri is not itself. I am shame to live with you same country without knowing the rules.

If you have a worker’s residence permit, which only applies to working for a particular employer and you lose your job, you must apply for an entirely new worker’s residence permit or base your permit application on other grounds.
If the Finnish Immigration Service has granted you a worker’s residence permit and your employment ends before the permit, you or your employer must notify the Immigration Service in writing that employment will end.
If your worker’s residence permit has not been limited to working for a particular employer and instead applies to a specific professional field and is effective, you can switch jobs within the same field.

Hi, thanks for your info. But my visa is for those who graduated from a university in Finland, so it is "Rajattamaton " which meant that I can apply for working in any type of employers and not restricted to work in a specific employer or working field. Here is the term and condition
If you lose your job
If you have a worker’s residence permit, which only applies to working for a particular employer and you lose your job, you must apply for an entirely new worker’s residence permit or base your permit application on other grounds.
The thing I'm worried is that if it's okay to apply for the citizenship with the temporary contract or not

Neither of these links points to legislation. There's good reason to believe the requirement doesn't actually exist.Mamu wrote: ↑Sun Aug 01, 2021 11:26 pmHere is more informationMamu wrote: ↑Sun Aug 01, 2021 11:18 pmRead here save 100e for yourself.
