Crossing borders in car

Some do mention exceptions in the "Crossing Rules" for EU residents, even UK residents, but "provided travelling from their country of residence" - and Estonia only has "passengers who are entering Estonia in order to go back home" - I don't know if that would help krapulassa driving to Germany.

Basically as most have said the rules are different per country, change often, and also I suspect they may be subject to interpretation at different border points, or at least long delays.

Eactly my point for in taking the Finnlines from Vuosaari to Travenmünden, no other borders to cross than the German one and you take the car with you..
