Infrared Heater for Terrace

Post by farfaraway » Tue Aug 24, 2021 8:00 pm

Hi,

I am thinking about installing an infrared heater for my terrace, and on https://www.gigantti.fi/cms/terassilamm ... -kylmaksi/, it recommends that I should have type C 16 amp fuses (I'm buying a 1500W or 2000W depending on the price/availability)

I'm checking my electrical box, and it seems that there is a C16 under "ulkopistorasia" (I suppose it is the sockets for the outside), not sure if that is the type C 16 amp fuses that Gigantti is referring to

Image

Does anyone know if that's correct? If not where should I check?

Thanks!

Looks correct to me.
Get the 2000W one if possible, they will likely have lower setting too, but you won't get more heat out of 1500W one.
