Where to buy? Where can I find? How do I? Getting started.

If you absolutely MUST use your mobile for international calls and you don't want to use a calling card, then take a look at the 99577 service. IIRC from Telia. Only works with an account, not prepay. Uses VOIP and is similar in cost to Net2phone, except that, of course, you pay for the mobile call. It is billed on your normal phone account. Registering is easy, just make your first call, using the 99577 prefix and you will be diverted to the Telia call centre, they will take some details from you to enable billing and thereafter, Bob's your uncle. Call quality is good, much better than a lot of VOIP operators, get a bad line, just redial and reconnect. I have found that calling Estonia sometimes you have to retry in order to get a line. (Must be lots of Estonians calling home on the cheap!)
