Hairdresser for curly hair in Tampere

Hi all! I suppose the title says it all. I want to cut my hair, and I have curly hair and I'm terrified of paying heaps of money to look awful. So does anybody know where I could cut my hair? African/foreign hairdressers(as they normally are more accustomed to curls,even though being Caucasian I still have slightly different curls)?

I know it sounds like a frivolous question, but believe me, I had some horrific experiences I'd rather not repeat.
