OY and appartment rent

If I am using my rented appartment as my office as well, can part of the be paid by the OY? I think it works with toiminimi at least, what about OY?

Your accountant will want to see a bill or contract.

What's to see there? I have a normal rental contract. Or you mean the company should be mentioned in the contract?

Company can't just throw away money. If company pays something it should get an invoice or receipt for cash transaction. If you pay your rent from company's account then it will surely be looked as part or your wage. Talk with your accountant.
