I purchased an apartment a couple of years ago. I'm considering to move abroad as there are some good opportunities for me.
In case of moving abroad, what are the options to sort out the apartment/bank loan.
1. Am I required to sell it on my own and return loan in cash to he bank, or can I just 'sell' the apartment to the bank and they can take care of selling process?
2. Is there any option to lease it to a housing company who can rent it?
Is there any other option?
Thanks for any information.

You can't sell it to the bank. You can sell it on your own or keep it as a rental.sky2 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 09, 2018 9:25 pmI purchased an apartment a couple of years ago. I'm considering to move abroad as there are some good opportunities for me.

While legally possible, I doubt they are interested in the arrangement.
Hire a real estate agent to either lease or sell the apartment.
