Changing conscription choice to civil service ?

Hello,
I have been searching around various sources but still haven't found information about changing type of conscription service after one already went to call up and admitted military service. My question is, possibility of changing to serve civil service after I already accepted military service. I have personal reason to do so.

You can whenever. The paperwork will be submitted to your regional office of the Finnish Defence Forces.
