Does the outsourced employee have any right?

Hello Forum,

I have a question about a certain situation, and I would greatly appreciate your inputs if you know about any laws related to this.

Assuming an employee e.g. (IT specialist) works for a company-A which is planning to outsource its IT services to a big IT consulting company e.g. company-B. So my question is:

If the job of the employee e.g. (IT specialist) is being outsourced, then, s/he may or may not be laid off and that is clear. But, Assuming that the employee was told (Kinda forced by the current employer) to move to the other company-B. Does the employee have any right to turn this kind of transfer?

I mean, If the employee said no and didn't join company-B and s/he is now without a job. Is the employee eligible for the unemployment benefits e.g. YTK?

If there is no strong reason to reject the offer, he or she will most probably get a penalty of 2-3 months. After those 2-3 months you'll get the unemployment benefits.
