Is it possible to make an appointment for getting ID card from the police in a station in a different city to where I live? For example I live in Vantaa, the police booking system shows that it's very busy here and next free appointments are for the last week of may, but in Porvoo (for example) I could get an appointment for two weeks before.
The system doesn't give any restrictions, but I don't know whether is it ok to book in another city or not. I wouldn't mind to drive to Porvoo to get the card (and then drive again to pick it up), it could be a nice day trip
