Daycare and Unemployment allowance

Does anyone know if it's possible to receive both private daycare allowance and unemployment at the same time?
This would seem like a massive benefit as both can be like 800+ euros with the Helsinki daycare supplement..

It is possible, but WTF is "massive" about 800€ in Helsinki?
