Hi I just want to ask about Kela Application..

How long it takes in applying Kela Unployment benefits for studies..

I submitted my Moving to Finland and Unployment benefits application last June 3, 2019 and until now i didn’t receive any letter or email from Kela.

I also don’t have Police ID so i can’t see in online netbanking the status of my application..

Your question has a mix of things, you apply for Kela? (as moving to Finland), you apply for unemployment benefits for studies? (there is no such, if you are a student you cannot be unemployed), and you move here with RP for studies? If yes, you cannot get Kela as you need to have your own insurance which shall cover your medical costs while you are a student.
