Permission of buying apartment for foreign citizen

Hi,

My spouse and myself are planning to buy a new apartment with joint ownership.
She is a non-EU citizen with permanent residence permit, and I am a naturalized Finnish citizen.

Has anyone in a similar situation gone thru the application procedure of buying apartment?
Would appreciate if anyone can share Your experience, how to start the application?

4. If the property is bought together with a person who holds EU/ EEA nationality and the person is a common-law spouse, husband or wife or registered partner, no permit is needed.

We do not need a permission, and hope this helps someone else as well.

When you buy an apartment, you are not buying realestate, so it’s not relevant any way. There are no citizenship restrictions on housing company share transactions.
