Where / how do people without bathtub at home get a proper resting in bathtub? Some public bathing place, or hotels? Most rooms don't have bathtub even if the space is huge...

Where do people in your home country get proper resting in a sauna if there is no sauna in their apartment?
Different countries have different customs.

Some swimming pools and saunas have hot tubs, this is your best chance of relaxing in a shallow pool of hot water.

people without a bathtub rent one as described here https://yle.fi/uutiset/osasto/news/spa_ ... ny/8566641
It's very nice for those with detached houses but those in flats must have it parked in the apartment block car park and it's hardly what you would call private!

With bathtub you can get sauna-like experience by sitting next to it, full of very hot water and with ventilation off :)

I haven't been able to find any place with hot tub myself, except a few oversized (and overpriced) hotel rooms.
