I'd try to work with posti if that was my package. Like try to reach their customer service.

It is not just the Finnish posti. Overall, the quality sucks.
Here's what I do (and I don't care a rat's ass if they think I' rude): Whenever I send parcels, or deal with any of them, I try and take as much evidence as possible. Starting with the name of the person I am dealing with. Even over a phone call. And I will record the conversation.
Anyway, coming to Posti, when I sent out pages, I went in person, always addressed the worker by name, made sure that I know his name, and then ask when the package is outbound for delivery. Since I live quite close, I'll go back there right next morning, if I don't see the package has not moved.
Point being, don't trust. They might be all fair and blue-eyed, but majority suffer from being the ID-10-T5 problem.
Ask your seller to go back to the Posti and demand the package and the money back (since they have obviously paid for a service). Little you can do on your side though. Why did you not opt for cash-on-delivery?
The other thing: Pay with a credit card. You can always put a reclaim from Posti. Learn to hit where it hurts.

Posti tracking system isn't completely reliable, especially with packages coming from abroad it's not uncommon to have several days of delay before the package is shown, even if the Posti JJ* tracking number is already known (from the sender).

I was making a general comment regarding the Posti tracking system and its reliability, or lack thereof.FinlandGirl wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 10:32 amThe parcel in question is "Item received for transport." for 2 weeks now in Espoo.FinnGuyHelsinki wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 10:28 amPosti tracking system isn't completely reliable, especially with packages coming from abroad it's not uncommon to have several days of delay before the package is shown, even if the Posti JJ* tracking number is already known (from the sender).

I don't understand why you continue posting on this forum. you are not in finland, neither intending to move here. you are a professional business, this forum should be for a private person. you mistake this forum as Posti's customer service.

I have hard time believing that. If you need to send something there isn't that many options available. Even less if the destination is outside of Nordics.
