Covid-19 travel & quarantine regulations

Can anyone provide a link to current corona virus regulations / restrictions concerning travel and quarantine? I have been asked to make a trip outside of Finland and I want to check that whether it is OK to visit the proposed countries, and whether I would need to be quarantined on my return.

No-one will be able to tell beforehand whether you will need to quarantine as those decisions must be done individually by doctors.
