I need party animators or face painters?

soon is going to be the birthday party of my girl turning 5 years old
and will be the theme frozen.

Someone knows about animators who dress as elsa and anna or so? or any girly show princess or so... also good face painters with pictures of their work can be interesting.
if so please!! give me the name or website i really appreciate if someone can tell me about somebody or a company which do this kind of shows in Finland.
In my country and im sure in many this is popular and normal thing to do but here i haven't seen in anybody party
