This event consists of two parts on different days: a training course in English covering all subject areas of food hygiene proficiency and the test. Cafeterias, restaurants, kitchens, fast-food restaurants and also many factories manufacturing foods are work places were the employees are required to have a hygiene passport. The ones passing the test are provided with the card and certification issued by the Finnish Food Safety Authority Evira. Please note, that you need an official photo ID in order to attend the test. The fee of 50 € is covering both the course and the test and will be collected even if you do not pass the test successfully. Materials provided by the trainer.
