Sweden? No idea.
You need residence permit to work here. To get one you need to have grounds for it; work, study or family. To get one based on work, you'll need to have work contract. To get a job driving a bus you'll need to have proper license. https://www.trafi.fi/en/road/i_want_a_d ... nd_a_coach

I'd like to mention also that you'll be working directly with customers, who might not speak English at all, so the license might be the easy part. Hard part being the language to communicate with customers. I have no experience though... someone from capital region might educate me about the language skills of their bus drivers...

Also, the coach company would have to prove that it was unable to find a suitable applicant from within Finland or the EU. Customary for this is putting an ad on mol.fi for 30 days, and if no suitable applicant comes up you can try to get one from outside the EU. Problem is, this is a rather popular job, and there will be plenty of good applicants. So the chances of getting a residence permit based on a work contract in your field are rather slim.

As Upphew said, you need to speak Finnish at a good level. Would the coach companies you worked for in the US ever consider hiring somebody who speaks no English? You need to be able to talk to customers, give advice on stops, sell tickets, etc.

Why Finland or Sweden? Do you know the countries, have you been here before? What's the connection?
