Depends on the job itself and the field that it's in, "tech" doesn't say much. Roughly 3000-5000+€/month (pre-tax); higher end if it's very-much-in-demand coding or similar and you have suitable skills and experience, lower end (or no job at all) if a lower end manager with litlle hands-on skills.

My salary dropped 33% moving from NYC to Helsinki. I am in research. But I think I will be able to save more than NYC
