Are you eager to learn and develop yourself as multitalented specialist in our Business system team to support our businesses in customer facing systems? You can be recently graduated or having some work experience in ICT world.

You will be working in a global environment with team members and end users from different countries and cultures. You will get the opportunity to be involved in creating new, world chancing solutions for everyday living. One of the key areas is to build and support our omnichannel customer service solutions built on top of Salesforce platform. To be successful in this position we expect you to have:
• Degree in information technology (Bachelor / Master of Science)
• Basics of agile development practices
• Interest/understanding of customer care (CRM)/portal/sales channels
• Skills in converting business needs into IT requirements
• Solution oriented
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
• Ability to travel
• Willingness to develop and train key users
• Hands-on and can-do attitude
