Medical doctor student working opportunities?

Hello

I would like to ask a question regarding the working opportunities of a EU country medical student who has finished 3 years of studies (also speaking Finnish) and is on his or her 4th year. Valvira requires at least 4 years of studies to be completed in order to become a registered assistant physician hence my question are there any positions in Finnish hospitals that could be theoretically available for 3rd year medical students who can speak the language and have some clinical working experience.
