kuin- correct for comparison?

Post by cssc » Mon Jun 22, 2015 5:36 am

He ovat vielä taitavampi kuin minä oon.
Does this say "They are even more skilled than I am"? If not, what is the finnish word for 'than' in this context? Kiitos. :)

Is olen necessary to use in the sentence? Kuin minä, kuin sinä etc

He (plural)
Taitavampi (singular)
Hope you noticed that in your post.... (Haha..it was me who didn't notice that you have already noticed it, blind me :D )

Doesn't your dictionay have 'kuin' for ' than'? Or you haven't checked a dict. at all. Try http://www.wiktionary.com it's a solid fin-eng dictionary.....
