A: Aiii vähän kiva! Joo mä en malta odottaa että nään sen pikku parhauden!

B: Juu kuulostaa niin loistavalta!

Rough translation:

A: Btw, I got Toivo and Voitto as our jogging company.
B: Excellent!
A: Oh, that's really nice! I cannot wait to see that small goodie.
B: Yeah, it sounds so briliant.

PS, just to give you an idea...and this is definitely betwwen two elderly ladies

Note that "toivo" and "voitto" are nouns, meaning as "hope" and "victory". Expression "Mä muuten varasin toivon ja voiton meidän lenkkiseuraks" might also means as "Otherwise I booked hope and victory as our jogging company". If that´s the idea of this sentence, then it means those joggers are quite competitive ones.
