I would love to know if anyone who applied around September 2023 and was granted with decision recently.
Hey, quite many. I applied end of September and my application moved to the second stage this Monday and I’m now waiting for the decision. Applications under diary number 12000 has been checked already I think.
Great to hear so. What was your queue number when it moved to stage 2? I applied end of October and would love to hear.
It was around 55** . But you should follow your diary number as that’s how they are looking. user justpassingby shares very valuable data here which helped me predict the exact week it was gonna be my turn.

Those who applied in 2022, what is your dairy number (the first one)?
I have 10xxx/310/2022

Looks like it is more important than a queue number

Thanks a lot. Mine was 81xx in Oct and now fall to 58xx in Mar. I did follow my queue every day (haha sound a funny morning habit) and build some sorts of excel modeling to predict myself, using recent experience by people.

Does the diary number ( the first part ) change during the process? like going down or up ?

If you mean the number like xxxxx/310/202x, then it should be the same during the process.

This week most of the applications that are being processed are between 12000 and 12150 with queue numbers between 5200 and 5500. So if your queue number is 58**, then I estimate your turn will come in 3-5 weeks.
My queue number today is 5876, so I kinda on the same boat :D

Anyone has any news about 2022 (spring-summer) ?

Today applications with diary numbers like 12160 and 12194 have been processed (the order of processing is not really straight), so I think yours will be processed soon too :) let us know

Can you see what is happening with 2022 applications? Which diary numbers do they process

I don't really see much logic behind the processing of 2022 applications. It looks more like "here and there", so I guess if your application hasn't been processed in the first 6-12 months then you should just bear with it and wait.

I have actually seen migri hiring new employees with code red; but those positions were starting of May 24. It might be just summer holiday replacements but one might foresee that the backlog will be catastrophic if the number of new applications do not drop during the summer while 90% of migri goes on summer holidays.
That is the point, applications don't drop during summer times, because the results of the April and May Yki tests come out in June and July. So basically you have applications throughout year, with a drop in the Migri activity in Christmas and summer times

I'm impressed with graphs and predictions here. I'm not the best with those things but I'll give it a shot for mine. Maybe someone with a bit more familiarity on the process could give me a bit of guidance?

Diary over 15.5k
Queue after service point visit in second December 2023: approx. 8.5k
Queue as of second week of March 2024: approx. 7.2k

If queues of 5.5k are getting decisions now and if I moved approx. 1.3k spots in 3 months, even during holidays, it's perhaps safe to assume that 3 months from now I will at least be in the 5.9k queue. Another 400 spots lower in the queue at current rate could perhaps take up to 1 month... So, I'm guessing between end of June - mid July 2024.

This is only looking at the queue number as I do not entirely understand the predictions via diary numbers..
Am I on the right track?

Any guess about the applications with diary number 133**? Thanks in advance!
