want a university that offers an international masters

hi, my name is garry, just finish my first degree in accounting and finance,and i need a university in finland that offers any international masters degree course especially in my field.
I will want any body in the house to please put me thru this .

A lot of people from Nigeria seem to (try to) abuse the system.
Applications for a residence permit are therefore treated with suspicion.
Very few people from Nigeria get a RP.
