I would like to ask where my wife could do the gyn-checkup with ultrasonogram checkup? And what are the average prices for such visit.

You forgot to say where you live.
All gynegolocs (?) do those. For example if you are in Helsinki you can check the phone books yellow pages. There are nine pages of "Lääkärikeskuksia" (private medical centers). Most have gynes. YTen there are also medical centers that specialize just in gynegology (for example Femeda on Kalevankatu). One in Tapiola is also "women only".
