0-3 months after I started looking...not when I arrived

Same as Jussi. Mind you, I was studying full-time the first 1,5 years
I was here, so that was after that.

Yeah, I was studying too, - well I still am, but I have a summer job and from that an ongoing part time job through the winter. :D :D

Did not move here until I had found work..coming up to my 12th year.
People do not become more irritable as they grow old - they simply stop making the effort to avoid annoying others.

Heh, well I came during the worst of the recession, so I gave
up rather quickly when Hervanta Spar decided I needed an 18-month
degree in order to be able to work their cash register .
Apparently job experience was no good. So, I collected bottles and returned them and paid my rent that way. I walked almost everywhere and ate potatoes, eggs and frozen veggies forever *yök*. And I learned
to pick stuff from the forest without croaking ;)

After graduating....1 year. Cleaning jobs are easier to find, but looking for something you have studied for...it seems to take a life time.
