Any advice on working holiday visas?

I've recently moved to Finland on a working holiday visa from Australia, but a condition of this visa is that you can only work for one employer for up to 3 months. I'm discovering this is a pain when looking for jobs and I was wondering if there are any aussies that have been in the same situation and how you got around it? Is it enforced? And can I change my visa?
