ohh, no no. i do have finnish citizenship. and i am in finland living without a problem (so far) i was asking the question for a friend and thought it would just be easier to write it that way(as if i were asking the question) i wasnt even thinking about my previous posts. but anyway, the question has been answered. thanks to everyone for replying!
