Hi everyone, my girlfriend (who is Finnish) and I are planning on moving to Finland in the near future. Although apprehensive it is something I want to do as I think we will have a better quality of life. I have been to Finland on several occasions, ranging from such places as Helsinki and Tampere to Outokumpu! We are thinking of moving to Tampere, I would really like others who have done the same to just tell me about there own experiences. I am 23, and am struggling with learning Finnish, so if anyone also has any tips on learning Finnish that would be great!
Thanks everyone

Moving to Finland

What are you thinking of doing then in Tampere?
Except sitting at home, holding hands in the candlelight (after the electricity has been cut for unpaid bills),... looking each other lovingly in the eyes with such a hunger (I wonder does human taste like pork)...
Cheers, Hank W.
