LIVERPOOL (UK) URGENT!!!

Looking for a place to stay in Liverpool...does anybody know if the centre is far from the airport?

Is there anyway to get a comfortable hotel for less than 100EUR (£70)?

Liverpool John Lennon (Speke) Airport is 8 miles to the South West of the centre. Depending on the time of day, there are buses to the centre every 20 minutes or half hour.

When do you need to stay and what is your budget? Saturday nights can be >50% more expensive in some hotels as they can sell out every room due to the football (Everton and Liverpool) there is almost always one home game.
