Muksu food- anyone want it?

Post by scoobymcdoo » Mon Mar 19, 2007 2:44 pm

Last week Sophie and I won rather a lot (a months supply) of Muksu jar food! Sophie doesn't eat jarred food anymore so either I bin it or give it away.
I have gotten rid of some already but still have 6 jars of Tonnikalapasta (age 12 months+) and 6 jars of Kanaa ja wokvihanneksia (again 12+ months). The jars are the 250g size.
I will bring them to playgroup on Tuesday and M and Ms on Thursday. First come, first served!

Hannah

PS How did I win them? we went to baby cinema (on our own again  ) and our name got pulled out the hat in the free prize giving.

:D Hey, that's funny. We were there at baby cinema in front row... We will definitely be there again next month so if you feel like meeting let me know! I usually go with 2 other mamas and this time also met another mama on the train that came with us too. We're all foreigners.

We went to the Espoo one last week, but we'll go to the Helsinki one on Thursday. I try and get the front seat as they are meant to be for mobile babies---hmmm! There aren't that many mobile babies in the front rows often so we sit at the side so Sophie can climb up and down the stairs! We've been going for the last 18 months and have only been joined once so it would be nice to have company.

PS What age is your child?

Oh, I see. Didn't even notice they had that in Kino Omena till you mentioned. We actually go to Helsinki. Now I go with my 9 months old son. But I have a 3 year old daughter as well. Went with her when she was a baby. :) How old is your daughter?

Please don't bin them, take them to your neuvola as they will
know who could use them.

Good plan- I was thinking that there might be places where I could take them, but didn't know...excellent idea. Thanks.

Another good place would be any of the mother/children shelters in
town. Same goes for leftover bags of diapers, clothes you don't want
to drag to a kirpis, etc.

Speaking of which, if anyone has any remnants of wool yarn or most
any type of fabric that they don't want, I'll take it and pass it on to people
that make blankets ordollsout of it.

EDIT: And no, the blog's not mine. I just sit in awe of how much she's
knit. :)
