Listening to Alonso on CadenaSer last night about the possibility of Hamilton being crowned world champion before the issue was cleread out:
me caería la cara de verguenza ~ I'd die of shame :D

Look like Mclaren are intending to try as kill off all interest in F1..
.....

This sort of antic, coupled with the silly pay TV game of trying to see the race on TV should be enough.

On another topic cannot be many countries which have produced 3 world champions in F1 and god only knows how many world champion rally drivers.

Brace yourselves, it's going to be a bumpy ride.

We're all set for the most famous decision-overturned-on-a- technicality since the O.J. Simpson acquittal or the Electoral College/Supreme Court farce.

Anyone for tiddlywinks?

Brazil has won 5 world cups 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994, 2002,Finland has none(not even European),England has won 1 in 1966.
The English invented it, the Brazilians perfected it.

I was going ask what has Brazilian Football got to do with this thread?
But then I realized..Football and F1 are the two "sports" that have been the most screwed up by big money! (Add NHL for third prize).

We could throw athletics in there, too... only in this case of course the chances are the only thing they'd find in Kimi's sample is a pint of creme de menthe. Not sure about that Colombian chappie though...

Followed that last link, & LOOK:

He´s SMILING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
http://www.pitpass.com/fes_php/pitpass_ ... t_id=33301

I watched most of it on Sopcast, can you believe I sat there staring at a computer screen, watching formula 1!!! I was screaming for KImi it has to be said, but the commentary was in chinese & the pic was not so good, so I had the bbc sport page with written update every 2 mins on at the same time! My Finnish husband thought it was hysterical, me a Brit, cheering on Kimi, but in my book, it´s the sportsmanship that counts! Alonso had his chance, Hamilton blew it.
I really enjoyed watching the later coverage on SKY news that night too :D
A note for Penelope: Like you I watched the Rugby WC final on French TV but couldn´t find the channel for the Grand Prix, shame!

Hello All,

Will there be any celebration in Helsinki for Kimi's victory? I mean public party or something, with Kimi's himself...

Thanks
Serkan
