why dont you ask the place thats running the course?

Well, the thing is depending if it is an UAS or an UNI you still got your "obligatory" and "selective" course palette. So you need to have X and Y and A and B and C "stamped", and in UAS your job placement and thesis done. Now depending on the school course A is held only once a year; course B can only be taken after A... and then you studying in English, theres not as many multiple implementations running as would in the Finnish section. So yes it can be done, but it depends on the positioning of the planets. (A guy in my 3,5 year course graduated in 2, but he got it all done by a fluke, I did most of my "reading" in 2,5 but spent a year on waiting for an obligatory course and getting my thesis done.)

So yes, it is possible you win in the lottery as well.
