Found this site about a year ago. It is a very good and handy site to have.
Also this site is good too. A little gourmet but still the food is very interesting. http://www.scandcook.com/

But what the heck are "grains of paradise" (meleguettapippuri)??

They need an American/Texan translation, too. Do you know how long it took me to figure out that cilantro = coriander? :lol:
