Well, not exactly water-skiing, but close to it.

Artificial snow is not that funny! For instance, in ski jumping the tracks are often made of plastic, especially in the summertime, when the entire jump is artificially made.

They said its from Oulunkylä ice rink, so I'd go for "real" fake snow ;)
