cash ran out. not entitled to anything until december, or i could get on a language course. long time to have no money. buses are expensive - need food. thank god for kanterelli soup and the potatoes carrots and peas from the garden.
got on language course in september/novemberish. great! I'm going to get my busfare paid and everything!
it didn't happen. I got chucked off the language course because 6 weeks in, I hadn't gotten any busfare, and biking so far in the dark and miserable weather was no fun. missed too many days, and finally got the boot when I got a puncture and got in 3 hours late. smelling of beer. damn that wedding anniversary the day before.
SO- got any potential money stopped because I got chucked off the course.
Now we've moved to Ahtiala, not too far away from Lahti keskus - ready to start again
My finnish is good enough to be a cleaner or whatever, (I know there's guys doing that here - there was a guy on my course cleaning in supermarkets after class), and I'll be able to get to any finnish language courses now, but I've just heard that the jobcentre either have just given up on me, or they're just about to, because I haven't been to see them enough or something.
I don't really what my point is. I just had to say something.
