Monday I will start.
Tampere.
Does somebody feel to share experiences within the company?
Is it usually kind of hard to get in?
It is one year work-replacement for someone on leave... do I have any possibilities to make it a permanent position?
I feel little bit nervous...
adrenalinic...
like 19 years ago on my first day of school...

From what i have heard and gathered myself, if you do a good job and have good sick and time keeping record, then you have a great chance of making it permanent! Once you have settled try and make as many contacts as posible and of course friends within the company. Good Luck for Monday!

its a networked company....make a network...do everything you say you will do, when you said you would do it, and you will be fine.

It also depends on how much you make yourself indispensable. Technically no one is indispensable, but I mean if you get into thick of activities, get hang of lot of things, then it is difficult to replace you. From my experience, I have seen many of them getting permament position. Don't know much about your area of work, so can't say specifically.
Good Luck for Monday !

I just happened to see this post today. Guess you have already worked in NOKIA for one week. Hope everything is just fine. I am also working in NOKIA but not in Finland.
