Seriously, I guess pube removal in Finland is not so popular as the ladies often have saunas with other ladies... and total pube removal might be a little embarassing.

Just a thought!

Not long ago, I read in someone's blog about 'jerkin'. They can use that :P

So, as I just moved her myself, anyone ever come up with a *legitimate* solution to this question? (sorry guys, lol) Or anyone know where one can buy hot wax or body sugar and do it themselves?

Ok...for the record, go ahead and start up your business boys, but pubic hair waxing is NOT a pretty operation and not for the faint of heart. I worked at a spa for a while, and though I didn't perform this service myself (thank goodness), I'm quite familiar with it. It's brutal, and sometimes even draws blood, so unless there are some sadists on this forum, you might rethink your career choice. I heard a rumor about one girl ending up needing 14 stitches after a brazillian was attempted on her. Ouch.

As for looking to get waxed here...pretty much everything is a rip off (tee hee) in Finland. If you really need it done, I'd get some wax (you can buy it at the larger stores but it's probably way cheaper to order online), a strong martini, and a friend with a stern disposition. Or just use a sharp razor and some good quality shaving cream. Or just learn to live with the extra fuzz...might keep you a bit warmer in the cold

And honestly, I don't think in sauna anyone would care if you're bare.

Although I'm not entirely sure that the wax I have is Veet, but that cream stuff at least is. Anttila and/or Citymarket should have both under 10e/kit. Never seen (nor looked for) body sugar.

I found a place for 75 euros
the soulmate.fi link someone put up gives brazilians for 50-80 euros
so i'm not sure what a 50 euro waxing would include
did you have any luck with the beauty schools?

You can get a rechargeable beard trimmer in Clas Ohlson for less than 20 Euros. I'm sure that'll help keep the front yard tidy.

Just buy some Weet wax from the shop and do it yourself.

(just follow all the after care very carefully)

Beard trimmer is bad yeah. If you insist on torture, women have their own epillators which can do this task as well.

Yes, I would imagine it would hurt like hell... But then again I am a man who generally prefers his hair where it is.
In fact, I wish some areas had more of it...

If you have already had a Brazilian wax performed on you a couple of times then you can probably achieve satisfactory results by purchasing a less agresive wax on e-bay and do-it-yourself. It would cost a lot less and you can take things at your own pace and not be stuck with someone trying to hurry through the job so they can make a bigger profit. You had to know the guys would have some fun with this topic.
