What companies could do work permit for foreigner?

Hei!
The situation is: I'm searching for job in Finland, sending a lot of applications both in finnish and english languages. I'm searching for job advertisments in Internet and applying for from Saint Petersburg, where I live now. I've started in January, and got a lot of rejects. I suspect because I don't have work permit. I'm foreigner.

The question is what companies could afford to make work permit for foreigner? What companies of this sort do you know and could advice?

The companies that are willing to hire you will need to give you a job first and then you apply for the "resident permit" based on the job that the company that hired you. The fees are generally paid for by you, but some (big) companies tend to compensate this if you are hired and they think that you are good.

The companies that really need your skills can go through the trouble of hiring you and then wait till you get a RP.(and even helping with the paperwork). Other companies will settle with the people who are already available.
Since you didn't mention your skills, I have no idea who could help you.

If you are programmer (IT) Moscow is far better choice than come here.

I dont think that he needs Finland only for money ...unless... he loves only money

And I find Russia the most unattractive country for me to stay. As I have been there once and that was enough.(of course there are many countries in the Asia and Africa that I wouldnt move to, it is even better to come back home

And theres a few companies doing outsourced work in St.Pete... but Finland is a tough nut to crack.

Well, off the top of my head Endero, EMC, and SOT ... they all went in the past 2-3 years.

If you are an IT person, try F-Secure, they do business in SPB and there are a few Russians working in Helsinki office too, AFAIK.
