free Internet opening fee?

Hello!
I would like to have Internet in the flat in Voikkaa. I went through several providers sites. But everywhere opening fee not equal 0. It discouraged me a little, because in Russia opening fee often equals 0.
Could you please advice Internet providers that offer free of charge opening?

Both big isp's have campaigns going almost all the time. Sonera offers free opening and 4 months at half price + 30e gift card to veikon kone if ordered online and taking 18 months deal ( http://www.sonera.fi/Laajakaista/Laajakaista+kotiin ). Elisa's offer is free opening, first month free, wlan modem for 12 months deal ( http://elisa.fi/laajakaista/laajakaista/ ).

if u have htv network in ur building u can try htv net
it open same day a price is good
right now i get 2 mb for 25 a month not bad
