Does anyone know of any car dealers/ stores in Helsinki/ Espoo where one can buy second hand cars with a surity of selling them back after a said duration?

Ok this place is not in Helsinki, but I use a place in kuusankoski.
Every year I buy an old bangger
I drive it for about year
I then return it to the same place
Where I buy new old bangger by swapping my old bangger back.
There is no tears with a Katsastus
And my old interest is that the car goes for about a year
