I agree with Persuivant, you must know how to sell yourself!
Unfortunately, I'm a bit scared of what you told me about the finnish,

,that they won't hire unknown people. Hope at least they'll give me the opportunity to show them what I can do!

Agreed that you dont have to convince me or others in this forum... I posted it to ask yourself that Q..
The thing with "something new" is that It goes thro the "change" or "resistance" curve and that is probably the most difficult thing that you ll face if you depend on those things "new"... I know this as Ive been dealing with this for some time..
Another thing in Finland is that no one tells you that change is good or bad...but when someone doesnt like something..then they show their passive resistance to the change...
Your capability to bring something new is good if you can convince your customers that they are willing to accept that new..
I know what I'm capable of;I saw few interiors, and it seemed very boring.
Initially, I thought similar things like this..so look through the eyes of a Finn and see it..It might not be boring at all.. it might be practical, sensible and sufficient..
If you dont understand the Inner working of the culture..it doenst matter what interior design you want to bring..it will not fly..
recently, Even Marimekko has to turn outside Finland to make their sustenance.

This will most probably help you in learning Finland's cultural aspect of interior design..
Have you travelled to different cultural districts here to find out whether those interiors are boring?
I suggest to start with a trip to Hanko, Fiskars, Parainen etc ( West) then maybe to Haikko, Lahti, Lapeenranta etc..(East)
